1. Personal Information We Collect

The App does not separately collect phone numbers or location data, and stores an email address only when the sign-in provider above passes it on.

7. Transfer Abroad

You have the right to refuse the transfer of your personal information abroad. If you refuse, some features such as AI functions may be unavailable.

8. Consent

The Company provides AI features (parenting consultation, spoken logging and so on) under the Terms of Service and this policy, and does not show a separate data-transfer consent screen for them. The information in section 6 is sent to the processors when you use an AI feature, and also when an analysis built automatically from your records — such as a weekly note or monthly report — is generated. If you do not want this, do not use the AI features; the basic recording features keep working. To object to automatic analysis, or to ask questions or withdraw, contact the privacy officer.

9. Children Under 14

This app is designed as a tool for caregivers of infants (parents, grandparents, carers). The Company does not collect personal information directly from children under 14. Information recorded about a baby (name, date of birth, care records) is treated as information entered by the caregiver.

10. Security Measures

11. Tracking Technologies

This app shows banner ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. While loading and showing ads, AdMob (Google) may collect information such as an advertising identifier and device and app information directly from your device, and Google's explanation applies to that processing.

The users of this app are the caregivers who look after babies, not the babies. The app therefore does not flag its ad requests as child-directed, and the Company does not collect personal information directly from children under 14 (see Section 9).

12. Your Rights

You may exercise these rights in the app's settings, or in writing or by email to the privacy officer below. The Company will act without delay.
